Given our Sell-Side M&A experience , we have substantial experience and insight into what actually drives value in the aerospace and defense industry, and how substantial value can be created.
We charge hourly for this service, at a rate of $400/hour. We provide a credit of 50% against the Success Fee, if the client retains us to sell the business within 36-months.
