We start with rigorous due diligence to first understand the subject company in depth, to learn about its strengths and its weaknesses. Then we apply traditional cash flow analytics to understand the value streams of the business and develop strategies to optimize the value of the current and potential future cash flows. Then we develop strategies and tactics to communicate this optimization to the appropriate stakeholders in a manner that maximizes the objectives of our client. We have an extensive record of selling companies in the Aerospace & Defenses industry, both through formal 363 / Chapter 11 proceedings and out of court negotiations.
