Our work often starts with a current market valuation.  Our Valuations are based on 20-years of real-world M&A experience.  We apply the same techniques, data sets and financial models that are used by buyers of our clients. Like most buyers, we use three valuation methods to develop a holistic view of value: the Income Method, the Market Method, and the Replacement Cost method. Over the decades we have built an exhaustive proprietary data base of market method comparable date, also known as “multiples”.    Using our proprietary data, models and extensive experience, we provide valuation reports that give owners keen insight into the current value of middle market aerospace and defense companies.

Sale Preparation Assesments

We provide tailored sale preparation guidance to enable our clients to initiate a future sale process with confidence.  We start with an assessment of the client, which is essentially the same as buyer due diligence.  Given our 20-years of experience selling middle market aerospace and defense companies, we know exactly what buyers want to see in due diligence.   Upon the completion of our due diligence work, we deliver to the client a detailed due diligence report highlighting specific issues that are detracting from the value of the business and specific recommendations for resolving those issues over time.  We also offer assistance implementing our  recommendations, upon client request.

Price Target Metrics

For decades we have been helping clients sell companies for aspirational prices.  Based on our vast experience selling middle market aerospace and defense companies, we know exactly which business-attributes buyers deem to be most valuable.  Our Price Target reports enable clients to quantify the financial and operational targets that they need to achieve over time, to realize  aspirational sale prices in the future.
